- Sublime.md already had a functional eCommerce platform with integrated systems. Their campaigns were mostly reactive—focused on discounts and short-term promotions—run through basic Facebook Ads setups. The brand lacked a strategic direction and consistent communication. The Cost per Acquisition (CPA) was high, and the Average Order Value (AOV) remained low.
Aims :
- Our objective was to increase monthly order volume, improve the AOV, and reduce the CPA for better overall profitability. Additionally, we aimed to build a strong, humanized brand by positioning the founder as the face of the business. Another important goal was to reposition Sublime as a trusted leader in the Korean skincare niche within Moldova.
Sublime.md is a local brand from Moldova specializing in Korean skincare and cosmetics. With a single physical store in Chișinău and an operational online shop, the business needed a strong push in branding, communication, and digital marketing strategy. We transformed Sublime.md into a recognizable and trusted name by making the founder the visual face of the company across all social media and promotional materials. Through precise targeting and value-driven messaging, we shifted the brand from functional to aspirational, bringing it to a competitive level in its niche.
