TECSOL is more than an equipment provider. It's a technology partner for businesses that need clear, fast, and efficient solutions — from POS systems and scanners to printers, fiscal equipment, and automation for commercial processes.
In a market where most companies communicate in a technical and complicated way, TECSOL needed a digital voice that was simple, direct, and human. Since 2023, we've built a consistent social media presence based on clear explanations, real examples, and content adapted to the local audience.
We developed a content system for TECSOL that combines educational videos, commercial banners, reviews, implemented projects, before/after materials, and a recognizable creative direction. Every piece of content was designed to make technical products easier to understand and more relevant to entrepreneurs.
One of the creative directions was the creation of the character Vasile — a real Moldovan entrepreneur who speaks simply and directly, in the language of the target audience. Through this approach, the brand became more approachable, more memorable, and easier to follow online.
