The client, Alandium, owned a direct-to-consumer watch brand powered by a Shopify e-commerce site.
While the retail direction was clear, the Private Label Watch Manufacturing offer was underdeveloped — with no dedicated web page or funnel for B2B interest and partnership inquiries.

Aims :

Build a focused landing page for Private Label watch manufacturing
Showcase Alandium’s customization capabilities and manufacturing process
Generate qualified B2B leads from brands seeking custom watch collections
Present case studies, partners, and collection examples clearly and convincingly

Alandium is an active brand in the watch industry, now expanding into Private Label Manufacturing — creating tailor-made watch collections for mass-market retailers and niche luxury labels alike. The project focused on developing a conversion-optimized landing page to present the end-to-end service: from concept to custom production. We emphasized usability, clear structure, and trust-building design to encourage lead generation and initiate collaboration discussions.
