The client, Alandium, owned a direct-to-consumer watch brand powered by a Shopify e-commerce site. While the retail direction was clear, the Private Label Watch Manufacturing offer was underdeveloped — with no dedicated web page or funnel for B2B interest and partnership inquiries.

Alandium is an active brand in the watch industry, now expanding into Private Label Manufacturing — creating tailor-made watch collections for mass-market retailers and niche luxury labels alike. The project focused on developing a conversion-optimized landing page to present the end-to-end service: from concept to custom production. We emphasized usability, clear structure, and trust-building design to encourage lead generation and initiate collaboration discussions.
